SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Thank you for shopping at Saint Vault. We work hard to ensure your order is processed, packaged, and delivered to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please find our shipping rates and estimated delivery times below.

Order Processing Time

Processing Window: All orders require 1–5 working days to be processed and prepared before dispatch.

 Working Days: Processing time excludes weekends and bank holidays.

 Please Note: Processing time is entirely separate from shipping time. Shipping begins only after your order has been successfully processed and handed to our courier.

Shipping & Delivery Times

 Standard Delivery: Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 1-5 working days.

 Courier Service: All orders are shipped using a 48-hour tracked shipping service (where available).

 Delays & Estimates: Delivery times are estimates only. While we do our best to meet these timelines, Saint Vault is not responsible for delays caused by courier backups, peak seasonal periods, severe weather, customs clearances, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Your Order

 Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will automatically be sent to your registered email address.

 Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to refresh on the courier’s portal after receiving your confirmation email.

Delivery Integrity & Addresses

 Incorrect Shipping Information: If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has begun processing or has been dispatched. Saint Vault is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

 Failed Deliveries & Returned Parcels: If a parcel is returned to our vault due to an incorrect address, a failed delivery attempt, or a failure to collect the parcel from a local depot, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees required to re-send the package.
